Car history: |
This is a 350 automatic with air conditioning, p/s, p/b; has t-tops with the back window that is removable. This engine was overhauled at 95,000 miles and it now only has 106,052 miles on it. The color of the car is called steel cities gray (with black interior). According to the paint code on the car this is the correct color. The car has been repainted once; not sure of how long ago it was but the paint is still very presentable with only minimal flaws. The chrome bumpers are in nice condition. The tires are in good shape; it has flow master mufflers on it. The car has new rear brake calipers and brake pads all the way around. I rebuilt the right headlight assembly so that it opens and closes properly.
The interior could use freshening up; new carpet and seat covers. As far as I know this car is all original (drive train and paint color) however I don't have any documentation.
This car runs and drives fine (these cars are alot of fun to drive). This would make a great car for those weekend rides or local cruise-ins.
I purchased this car about a year ago; I owned one years ago and always enjoyed driving this year vette, and as well as for a good investment. The value of these cars do nothing but increase. (Just check out NADA's web site and look to see what these classic collector cars retail values are; low end retail is $28,440 and high end retail is $53,040).
I'm relisting this car one last time, since it didn't meet reserve last time. If it doesn't meet reserve this time I'm just going to keep it and cancel the Camaro I ordered; which is why this car is for sale.
Any questions feel free to email or call me at 513-615-3977 ask for Mel. I don't have any actual documentation on the car but I can tell you what I was told when I purchased this car. I was told that the car originally came from Chicago, then a man in Arizona purchased it and he is the person that overhauled the engine ( I'm assuming that this is correct for the engine is very clean and looks good and the car runs good). Then the gentleman that I purchased it from lived in Indianapolis, IN and when he purchased it he had it shipped from the man in Arizona. I then purchased this car from him. Since I have owned it I have put all new brakes around the car and repaired the headlight door. It has a new a/c compressor and a/c dryer, I was changing it over to 134 but haven't got to do so; so it needs charged. I have only had the car about a year; I purchased it with the intent on keeping it but I ordered a Camaro and can't keep both. |
